always keep in mind if the body of the ic touches ground connection the cicuite will be short

there is no way u can connect it with 12 v dc
you need 2 have a duel supply +12-0–12 you will need an dc 2 dc smps with miniume 3 amperage or a transformer of 12-0-12 and a bridg connection of diods(3 amp)and two capacitos with 4700 mf
